Description: SOUND FISHING Vowel Digraph and Diphthong

Sound Fishing is designed to reinforce the sound/symbol relationship at the vowel digraph and diphthong level.

The game may be played with 2-4 players. Players are dealt 8 cards and play begins with the player to the left of the dealer. That player tries to match a card in his/her hand by requesting it from his/her opponent(s).

The request is made as follows: "Do you have ay / a / as in hay/." The request must be made by letter names, corresponding sound and key word. The match for a sound will be the same symbols but the key word will change. Hay and ray will be a match.
